Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino’s Pizza in Fort McMurray. The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food preparation, excellent customer service, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including kitchen staff and
delivery drivers.
• Train new employees on food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and kitchen area.
• Prepare and cook food items as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma in a related field is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Additional Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
• Food Safety Certification (e.g., Food Handler Certificate) is an asset.
