Position: Assistant Manager
Location: Fort McMurray, AB
Employment Type: Full-Time (35-40 hours per week)
Salary: $20 per hour

Job Duties:
• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Domino’s store.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient and timely
service.
• Train and mentor new team me mbers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies and ingredients as necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, striving to resolve issues promptly
and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including equipment and
workstations.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the
food service industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and POS systems.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Requirements:
• Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license (if required to perform delivery duties)
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
